Cellerix’s pipeline covers three main areas:

Gastroenterology

Ontaril^® is Cellerix’s proposal, based on cells taken from the patients themselves (autologous origin), for treating complex perianal fistulas in 2 different settings:

• Treatment of complex perianal fistulas of cryptoglandular origin (patients without inflammatory bowel disease).
• Treatment of perianal fistulizing Crohn’s disease.

Cx601 consists of a formulation based on donor cells (allogeneic origin) for treating complex perianal fistulas in Crohn's disease patients.

Dermatology

Cx501 is Cellerix’s proposal based on the use of chimeric skin replacement for treatment of the most severe forms of epidermolysis bullosa.

Immune system disorders

Cx602, Cx611 and Cx621 represent a new approach by Cellerix, drawing on the knowledge obtained during the clinical development of Ontaril®, which has made it possible to show the strong immunomodulatory effect of adipose-derived adult stem cells. Thus, the development of these products is aimed at treating autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

Cellerix is also working on the development of Cx911, a new approach based on the use of regulatory T-cells for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
