Cellerix appoints Jacques Theurillat as Member of its Board of Directors

Madrid, 7th February, 2008.- Cellerix, a product-focused biopharmaceutical company developing innovative medicines based on cell therapy, has appointed Jacques Theurillat as new member of its Board of Directors.

Jacques Theurillat has been AlbeaPharma AG’s Chief Executive Officer and President since March of 2007. Previously, he worked at Serono Group as strategic corporate development manager. In addition, he was a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.

Born in 1959 in Switzerland, Jacques Theurillat has a degree in Law from the universities of Geneva and Madrid and also has financial and business management studies from Harvard Business School and Amsterdam Institute of Finance.
