Miguel Ángel Galve, new Legal Manager of Cellerix

Madrid, 24th March, 2008.- Cellerix, a product-focused biopharmaceutical company developing innovative medicines based on cell therapy, has incorporated Miguel Ángel Galve to their team as Legal Manager.

Miguel Ángel Galve has a degree in Law from the University of Murcia. In addition he has a Master´s degree in European Union Law from the University Carlos III of Madrid and Master´s degree in International Trade Law from the University of Paris X Nanterre. Likewise, he has succesfully passed the courses and tests to obtain a Solicitor's degree.

His professional career began in the area of telecommunications in ICS France (Paris) and in Vectone Group Holding company Ltd (London) managing the legal service, dealing with the areas of corporate, contractual law, litigations and labour. Before joining to Cellerix, he was 2 years in Genetrix as Legal Manager, from where he took part in projects for Cellerix such as a financial round and the signature of an agreement to license Axcan Pharmaceutical.

In his new position, Miguel Ángel Galve will be responsible for the coordination with all the buffets that work for the company and to support to the strategic guidelines developed by the rest of departments.
