Cellerix’s pipeline covers three main areas:
Gastroenterology
Ontaril® is Cellerix’s proposal, based on cells taken from the patients themselves (autologous origin), for treating complex perianal fistulas in 2 different settings:
- Treatment of complex perianal fistulas of cryptoglandular origin (patients without inflammatory bowel disease).
- Treatment of perianal fistulizing Crohn’s disease.
Cx601 consists of a formulation based on donor cells (allogeneic origin) for the same therapeutic applications as Ontaril®.
Dermatology
Cx501 is Cellerix’s proposal based on the use of chimeric skin replacement for treatment of the most severe forms of epidermolysis bullosa.
Immune system disorders
Cx611 represents a new approach by Cellerix, drawing on the knowledge obtained during the clinical development of Ontaril® , which has made it possible to show the highly immunomodulatory effect of adipose-derived adult stem cells. Thus, the development of this product is aimed at treating autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
